On 18th December 2022, one of the best football games was played in world cup history, and because it was the world cup final, which generally turns out to be a tepid affair, this gave us both the glory and grit of sports. That Aregentina overcame France is one matter; the other was the spirit of the Frenchmen who kept fighting till the end. What does it teach us about life: 1That there will always be opportunities if you hustle while you wait. 2 That if you are willing to cash on those opportunities you will generally benefit. 3 That there is no end till the end. Sports teach us so much about life, and the willingness of the sportsmen to take both glory and shame as a part of the same game is impressive. Perhaps, because they are young, or perhaps, they know that there will always be another match, they step upon failure to look for success. This, we do not generally do in life. Our failure is in giving up. And we give up quite early.
